Mike was also a co-owner of HMIS, Inc. from 1987 through its acquisition, where he played a pivotal role in developing and delivering cemetery management software solutions that served hundreds of clients across North America. His leadership helped shape the company’s reputation for reliability, innovation, and customer care — values he continues to uphold at TRICAM.

Christin Laroche is a results-driven technology and operations leader with over two decades of experience guiding organizations through transformation. As a Principal at TRICAM Advisory Group, she’s helping redefine how the death care industry operates — bringing smarter technologies, streamlined operations, and sustainable models to cemeteries and related organizations across the country.
Her career spans software development, product management, and strategic business leadership, including her role as General Manager of the MIS Technology Business Unit at Batesville Casket Company. There, she led cross-functional teams to deliver groundbreaking SaaS and mobile solutions, launched new revenue streams, and steered successful software integrations — all while consistently exceeding multimillion-dollar KPIs.
Earlier in her career, Christin held key roles in quality assurance, product strategy, and service delivery, including a decade at HMIS, Inc., where she helped transition legacy systems to scalable SaaS platforms and onboarded high-profile clients with precision and care.
A certified Project Management Professional (PMP) and proud U.S. Air Force veteran, Christin brings discipline, empathy, and strategic clarity to every engagement. She’s known for her ability to turn complexity into clarity — and for honoring legacy while building for the future.

Allan Vigfusson is the architect behind TRICAM Advisory Group, bringing over 23 years of hands-on experience in software engineering, systems design, and technical leadership. As a Principal, Allan applies his deep technical expertise to help death care industry professionals modernize operations, enhance reliability, and build trust through technology.
His career is defined by innovation and precision. Allan led the development of a bespoke ERP system spanning 7 million lines of code and 211 projects — a testament to his mastery of scalable, mission-critical solutions. Fluent in C#, VB.NET, JavaScript, and SQL, he combines full-stack proficiency with advanced systems architecture to deliver robust, distributed platforms tailored to complex business needs.
Allan’s expertise spans front-end frameworks (HTML/CSS, Knockout, Bootstrap), back-end databases (Microsoft SQL Server), and cloud technologies including Azure Function Apps, API Management, and Power BI integrations — both on-premise and in the cloud. His work optimizing systems and integrations, demonstrating his ability to translate engineering decisions into measurable business impact.
